Description
Potassium Phosphate buffers consists of a mixture of monobasic dihdrogen phosphate and dibasic monohydrogen phosphate. These buffers have a very high buffering capacity and are highly soluble in water.
Prepare 800 mL of dH2O in a suitable container.
Add 16.284 g of K2HPO4 to the solution.
Add 0.888 g of KH2PO4 to the solution.
Add distilled water until volume is 1 L. Potassium Phosphate (pH 5.8 to 8.0)
Add 16.284 g of K2HPO4 to the solution.
Add 0.888 g of KH2PO4 to the solution.
Add distilled water until volume is 1 L. Potassium Phosphate (pH 5.8 to 8.0)
